Delivery Time
The delivery time consists of two components:
1) Processing Time (1–3 business days)

- Quality control
- Secure packaging
2) Shipping Duration (5–10 business days)
- Germany: 5–10 business days
- Austria: 5–10 business days
- Switzerland: 5–10 business days
The delivery time begins after processing is complete.
Note:
During times of high demand (e.g., promotions or holidays), occasional delays may occur.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your personal tracking link.

Partial Deliveries
